Overview
The council met in Singapore, with delegates from China, Japan, Korea, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
Office bearers presented at the meeting: Dr. Sriram Narayanan (President), Dr. Tomohiro Ogawa (Vice President), Dr. Ravul Jindal (Secretary) and Dr. Jinsong Wang (Treasurer).
