One shared commitment to better venous care
The Asian Venous Forum brings together clinicians with a shared commitment to improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of venous disease across Asia. As a dedicated venous forum within the Asian Society of Vascular Surgery (ASVS), we provide a platform for education, research and collaboration focused on conditions ranging from varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency to deep vein thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome, venous ulcers and pelvic venous disorders.
Venous disease affects people across all age groups and communities. Its impact extends beyond visible veins: pain, swelling, skin changes and ulceration can restrict mobility, disrupt employment and reduce quality of life.
Annual meetings were traditionally held together with the Asian Society for Vascular Surgery.
